Yes. The Free plan doesn't require a credit card, doesn't expire, and stays free for as long as you use it. Upgrade only if you outgrow it.
Absolutely. Switch between plans whenever you want from your billing settings. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle.
On the Teams plan, one seat covers one team member. You're billed for the number of active seats each month. Add or remove seats anytime - billing prorates automatically.
You're charged for 12 months up front and get roughly 20% off the monthly price. Great if you know Duolyx is part of your workflow long-term. Cancel anytime and we'll refund the unused portion.
Standard and Teams both come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required to start - we only ask for one when your trial ends and you want to keep going.

Yes - the Standard and Teams plans let you charge attendees for paid bookings using Stripe Connect. Payouts land directly in your Stripe account, and Duolyx never touches the funds.
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. We follow SOC 2 practices, sync only what we need to run your bookings, and give you full data-export and account-delete controls.
